Dance makeup and hair?

I have a formal spring fling dance on Saturday, I know what I want to do with my hair, but i have no clue what to do with my makeup. I wear on a daily basis, mascara,eyeliner,coverup,powder,blush,and somtimes eyeshadow. But for this dance I want to look awsome, My dress is an Azure color,its satin, and has embroydery around the waist, go to boscovs.com then go to junior dresses and you should see it on the 5th or 6th page.......HELP!

Green eyes, nearly a small bit of brown
